I have subscribed but the features are locked.

If you can't access the Member Plus features, double-check that you are logged into the correct account. If you are, you may need to restore your purchase by:

  1. Select Profile
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap Purchases
  4. Tap the 3dots on the upper right, then click Restore Purchases.

If you continue to experience an issue, please fill out this form with:

  • Your login email address 
  • A copy of your Subscription purchase receipt
