To subscribe monthly to MemberPlus, follow the steps below:
For AppStore users:
- Open your device's Settings.
- Tap on your Apple ID email.
- Select 'Subscriptions'.
- Find the Insight Timer subscription.
- Tap 'Cancel Subscription' to stop it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
- When your trial concludes, pick the monthly subscription and subscribe again.
For Google Play users:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap on your profile picture or icon (next to the Google Play logo).
- Select 'Payments & subscriptions'.
- Under 'Subscriptions', find and select Insight Timer.
- Hit 'Cancel'.
- After the trial ends, choose the Monthly Subscription option and resubscribe.
NOTE: Please be aware that any remaining portion of the free trial or existing subscription will be immediately forfeited if you change the subscription plan without canceling the ongoing subscription.
To subscribe to the yearly Member Plus plan, follow these steps:
For Apple AppStore users:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Tap on your Apple ID email.
- Select 'Subscriptions'.
- Look for and select the Insight Timer subscription.
- The system will automatically subscribe you to the yearly plan once the trial period expires.
For Google Play users:
- Launch the Google Play Store.
- Tap on your profile picture or icon located next to the Google Play logo.
- Select 'Payment and Subscriptions'.
- Under 'Subscriptions', find and select Insight Timer.
- Select the yearly plan.
- The system will automatically subscribe you to the yearly plan after the trial period ends.
