The Insight Timer app offers a Guest mode, which allows you to use the app without creating an account.
If you later decide to register and create a new account, your progress and activities from Guest mode will be transferred to that new account.
However, if you sign into an existing account while in Guest mode, your Guest mode progress and activities will be lost.
Note: Guest mode is not available if you have previously logged into the app on that device.
