How do I add Journal entries?

Adding Journal entries to finished tracks is easy. Simply:

1. Select the Journal icon (tile icon on the Home screen) or go to the Library and click Journal.
2. Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of the screen. 
3. Enable Prompt for Journal.

You can manually add a Journal entry to finished tracks:

1. Select the Journal icon (tile icon on the Home screen) or go to the Library and click Journal.
2. Click on the Add Entry button at the bottom of the page.
3. Add your reflection.
4. You may select if you wish to add a journal entry for Daily Check-in, Daily Quotes, or Tracks.

If you would like to add a Journal entry that is not for Daily Check-in, Daily Quotes, or Tracks, you can just click on Save immediately after writing your reflection.
