I’m trying to add my phone number to set up payment preferences, but I can’t move past the verification step. What should I do?

If you enter your phone number and don’t see the option to proceed, the “Send Code” button may be hidden on your screen.


Solution:

  • Zoom out on the page by pressing Ctrl (or Cmd) + the Minus (–) key. This should reveal the Send Code button below the number field.

  • Make sure you’re using Google Chrome on a computer, as this is the preferred setup for accessing the Teacher Dashboard.


Once you click Send Code, you’ll receive a verification code to continue with your payment setup.
