If you would like to remove old or unwanted courses from your list, please follow these steps:
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap the Saved tab (fifth icon on the bottom navigation bar).
Select Courses.
Choose the appropriate tab:
In Progress – for courses you have started
Completed – for courses you have finished
Saved – for courses you have bookmarked
Select the Course you would like to remove.
Tap the three dots (⋯) in the upper-right corner.
Select Remove from My Courses.
The course will be removed from your list.
