Why Was My Custom Group Image Not Approved and What Should I Do?

If your custom Group image is not approved, it’s usually because it does not meet our Community Guidelines.


For new Groups:


If your uploaded image does not comply with the guidelines, it will be replaced with a default Insight Timer image. You can upload a new image at any time. Please note that all images go through a review process, which typically takes up to 48 hours.


For existing Groups:


If a newly submitted image is not approved, your Group image will revert to the previous one. You may upload a different image, which will again be reviewed within the same 48-hour approval period.


To avoid delays, make sure your image follows our Community Guidelines before uploading.
