Download Courses to Listen Offline
Yes, you can download courses on Insight Timer for offline playback. We've made it simple — just download your lessons while you're connected to the internet, and you're good to go.
For a New Course
Getting started is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Open the Course you'd like to take.
- Tap Begin.
- Tap Add to My Courses.
- Open the lesson play screen.
- Tap the Download icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Download and wait until it reaches 100%.
For a Course You're Already Taking
If you're already in the middle of a course, downloading is just as easy:
- Tap the Saved tab (fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).
- Tap Courses.
- Go to the In Progress section.
- Open the Course.
- Tap the Download icon on the lesson play screen.
- Wait for the download to complete before going offline.
Access Your Downloaded Content
Once you've downloaded your lessons, you'll be able to access them without an internet connection — perfect for flights, commutes, or anywhere you want to practice without relying on data.
To find your downloaded content anytime, go to the Saved tab and tap Downloads. All your offline courses will be waiting for you there.
