How Can I Download and Listen to Courses Offline on Insight Timer?

Listening to Courses offline is simple. You just need to download the lessons in advance while connected to the internet.

For a new Course:

1. Open the Course you’d like to take.

2. Tap Begin.

3. Tap Add to My Courses.

4. Open the lesson play screen.

5. Tap the Download icon in the top-right corner.

6. Tap Download and wait until it reaches 100%.

For a Course you’re already taking:

1. Tap the Saved tab (fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).

2. Tap Courses.

3. Go to the In Progress section.

4. Open the Course.

5. Tap the Download icon on the lesson play screen.

6. Wait for the download to complete before going offline.

Once downloaded, you can access your Course lessons without an internet connection.

To find your downloaded content, go to the Saved tab and tap Downloads.
