Our payment cycle for teachers is on a monthly basis. Payments are issued on the 21st of each month (PST timezone). Teachers have 8 days to claim the money in their PayPal account. If the money remains unclaimed after 8 days, the payment will be canceled.
If the payment goes unclaimed, we will make another attempt to re-transfer the payment in 7 days. However, it is important to ensure that your PayPal details are correct to ensure a successful transfer. Please double-check your PayPal account information in the Teacher Dashboard to avoid any issues with receiving your earnings.
