Refund requests are handled by the platform where your subscription was purchased.
If You Purchased via Google Play (Android)
Google manages all refunds for Android purchases.
Within 2 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for an automatic refund:
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).
Select Payments & Subscriptions.
Tap Budget & History.
Find the purchase and select Request a Refund if available.
Within 48 hours of purchase, you can submit a refund request through Google Play’s online refund request form.
All refund decisions are subject to Google Play’s policies.
If You Purchased via Apple (iOS)
Apple manages all refunds for iPhone and iPad purchases.
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Locate the Insight Timer purchase.
Select Request a Refund and submit your reason.
Apple will review your request based on its refund policy.
If You Purchased via the Website
If your subscription was purchased directly through the Insight Timer website, please contact our Customer Support Team with:
The email address used for the purchase
A copy of your receipt
Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.
