Check when your free trial ends
To find your subscription status and free trial end date, log into your Insight Timer account and navigate to your notifications.
On the Insight Timer app
Open the app and tap the three lines (☰) menu icon in the upper-left corner. Select Notifications. You'll see when your free trial expires.
On the website
Log in at insighttimer.com, click your profile icon, and visit My Subscription. Under "Subscription", you'll find your trial end date and renewal information.
Managing your subscription
Most of the time, you can manage your subscription directly on Apple, Google or on the website—cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged, or switch between monthly and annual plans.
