To log in to the Insight Timer app:
- On the app's opening screen, tap 'I already have an account'.
- Enter your email address and password in the respective fields.
- Tap the 'Log in' button.
Forgot your password?
- Tap the Password field, then select 'Forgot Password' to reset it.
