To ensure only your friends can view your activity, follow these simple steps:
- Launch the Insight Timer app on your device.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) located in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down and select "Settings".
- Under the "Essentials" section, tap on "Privacy".
- Select "Profile Type".
- Choose "Private Profile".
By setting your profile to private, only your friends will be able to see your activity.
