How Do I Disable Daily Quotes?

You can easily disable the daily quotes that appear on the opening screen. 

Here's how:

1. Open the Insight Timer app on your device.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
3. Scroll down and select "Settings".
4. Go to "Features & Preferences".
5. Under Features, find and tap on "Opening Sequence".
6. Look for the option "Disable Quote as I enter the app" and toggle it on.

Once you've completed these steps, you'll no longer see daily quotes when opening the app.
