If you're experiencing restrictions when trying to make in-app purchases, follow these steps to remove them:
For iOS Devices:
- Navigate to your device's Settings.
- Select Screen Time.
- Click on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Enable Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Go to iTunes & App Store Purchases.
- Select In-app Purchases.
- Ensure 'Allow' is checked.
For Android Devices:
- Open the Play Store and click on the menu button located in the top left-hand corner.
- Scroll down and select the Settings tab, where you'll find the 'Require authentication for purchases' option.
- Click on this option and select 'For all purchases through Google Play on this device'.
- If your phone has a fingerprint sensor, fingerprint authentication will also be available.
