How Can I Share Insight Timer Content with Others?

You can share Insight Timer content through social platforms, as well as with your Friends and Groups within the app.

To share a Guided Meditation:

1. Open the track you’d like to share.

2. Tap the Share icon below the Play button.

To share a Teacher profile:

1. Open the Teacher’s profile.

2. Tap the Share icon beside the Follow or Donate button.

To share a Live Event:

1. Open the Live Event page.

2. Tap the Share icon in the top-right corner.

To share a Group:

1. Open the Group.

2. Tap Settings in the top-right corner.

3. Tap the three dots (⋯).

4. Select Share Group.

You can then choose how you’d like to share the link.
