A Group is a space within Insight Timer where you can connect with others by posting, chatting, recommending content, and meditating together in real time.
There are two types of Groups:
Public – Anyone on Insight Timer can find and join the group.
Private – Users must be approved by the group admin before they can join.
You can create your own Group or join existing ones based on your interests.
