If you’re switching from iOS to Android, or from Android to iOS, your Insight Timer account will remain the same, but your subscription will not automatically transfer between app stores.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store cannot be transferred to Google Play, and vice versa.
What You Need to Do
- Cancel your current subscription through your original purchase platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Continue enjoying MemberPlus until the end of your current billing period.
Once the subscription has expired, subscribe again on your new device using your preferred platform.
Log in using the same account details to keep your profile, stats, and bookmarks.
Important Notes
Your profile, meditation history, streaks, and bookmarks are linked to your account and will remain safe.
Downloaded tracks are stored locally on each device. You will need to re-download any offline content on your new device.
