Your MemberPlus subscription is tied to your Insight Timer account, not your device. Simply log into the Insight Timer app on your new device using the same email address and password you used on your previous device, and your subscription will appear automatically.
Accessing your subscription on a new device
When you sign in to your account on a new device, we automatically recognize that you have an active MemberPlus subscription. All of your premium features and content should be immediately available to you. It's one of the benefits of having an account—your subscription follows you wherever you go.
If premium features remain locked
In rare cases, your subscription might not appear right away after you've signed in to a new device. If this happens, you can restore your purchase to reactivate your premium access. Here's how to do it:
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Subscription & Donations.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
This will refresh your subscription access on the new device and restore all of your MemberPlus features. After you've restored your purchase, all your premium content should be available again.
