Gratitude Wall guidelines and how to participate
The Gratitude Wall on Insight Timer is a place where our community members share appreciation and celebrate positive moments together. It's one of the ways we foster connection and support across our platform, whether they're practicing meditation, mindfulness, or other wellness activities.
Reading posts
To browse what others are sharing, go to the Home screen on the app and find the Gratitude Wall section. You'll see gratitude from community members around the world.
Posting your own gratitude
Sharing your gratitude is simple:
- Navigate to the Home screen.
- Find the Gratitude Wall section and tap Post.
- Type your gratitude message and tap Post.
For your post to be approved and shared, it should follow our Community Guidelines.
Flagging posts that don't fit
If you see a post that doesn't meet our Community Guidelines, you can flag it. We review every report carefully. To report a post:
- Press and hold on the post.
- Select Report this post.
- Choose the reason for reporting.
Our Trust & Safety Team reviews each flagged post and takes action when needed.
Editing posts
You can't edit a post once it's submitted, so we recommend checking for typos before you send. Community members' posts are either approved or rejected by our moderation team and can't be changed after submission.
How we moderate the Gratitude Wall
Our Trust & Safety Team reads and screens every post request. Posts that follow our Community Guidelines are approved and published. Because moderation involves judgment calls, each decision is carefully reviewed by our team to keep the Gratitude Wall a supportive, respectful space.
