You can delete individual messages you've sent at any time, but you can't delete an entire conversation thread at this time. Individual message deletion gives you some control over your conversation history while maintaining the integrity of ongoing discussions.

How to delete a single message

Follow these steps to remove a message you've sent:

1. Open the Messages section in the app.
2. Open the specific conversation containing the message you want to remove.
3. Long-press the message to select it and bring up options.
4. Tap Delete this message when the option appears on your screen.
5. Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete this message again when prompted.

Keep in mind that deleting a message is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, the message will no longer appear in the conversation for you, though other participants may still see it on their end depending on the timing of the deletion.
