How Can I Delete Messages in Insight Timer?

While it's not currently possible to delete entire message threads, you can remove individual messages you've sent. 

Here's how:

1. Long-press the message you want to delete.
2. When the 'Delete this message' prompt appears, tap it.
3. Confirm your choice by selecting 'Delete this message' again.

Please note that this action is irreversible, so make sure you want to permanently remove the message before proceeding.
