How can I Update my Payment Details?

Updating your payment information is easy. Simply, follow these steps:

  1. Please log in to your Teacher Dashboard.
  2. Head to the "Payment Details" tab and update your information.


**Please provide an email address linked to your PayPal account. PayPal.Me link is not supported**


You assume full responsibility for the accuracy of any third-party PayPal email address you provide in your Teacher Dashboard. You understand that Insight Timer shall not be held liable for any errors arising from your use of incorrect or inaccurate payment information.


Our system is updated with this information on the 12th of each month, so please keep an eye out for any changes around that time.


Payment made to an inactive PayPal account might have the following issues:

  • The transaction will get denied by PayPal 
  • For unclaimed earnings, teachers have 8 days to claim the money in their PayPal account. If the money remains unclaimed after 8 days, the payment will be canceled.


If you reside in countries where PayPal is not allowed, please contact finance@insight.co to arrange an alternative option. Please note that unclaimed funds after 12 months will be donated to charity. 


NOTE: Due to current restrictions, we cannot make payments to teachers with a connection, directly or indirectly, to countries such as Belarus, Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk. This includes any transactions initiated from these jurisdictions.

If you do not wish to share your payment details with us over the internet, please email finance@insight.co and we will arrange a more suitable option for you.
