How Can I Find and Access My Courses on Insight Timer?

To access your Courses, follow these steps:

1. Tap the Saved tab (fifth icon at the bottom of the screen).

2. Tap Courses.

You’ll see three sections:

In Progress – Courses you are currently taking

Completed – Courses you have finished and can replay

Saved – Courses you have bookmarked for later

Select the appropriate tab to view the list of Courses in that category.
