How to request deletion of your account data
We want to make sure you have full control over your personal information. If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data—your profile, meditation history, preferences, and everything else we've stored—here's what to do.
Steps to delete your account
Start by visiting our Account Deletion article, which walks you through the process of deleting your account directly in the app.
Once you've initiated the deletion through the app, send an email to privacy@insighttimer.com requesting complete deletion of your account and all personal data. Our team will process your request as quickly as possible.
