What Is Sleep Mode?

Sleep Mode (represented by a moon icon) is a convenient feature in the Insight Timer app that automatically locks your device when your selected track finishes playing. This feature disables the extra time option and ensures your device doesn't stay active unnecessarily after your session ends.
