If you have set up your Mail Account on your mobile device, you can export your session logs.
Here's how:
1. Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Tap Settings (gear icon in the upper right).
3. Under Account, tap Sessions.
4. Tap Export log.
Your session logs will be exported in CSV format.
