Your payment method must be updated through the platform where you originally subscribed.
If You Subscribed via Apple (iTunes / App Store)
Payment details are managed directly through Apple.
Open your iPhone Settings.
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
Select Payment & Shipping.
Update your payment method there.
You can also refer to Apple Support for detailed instructions.
If You Subscribed via Google Play (Android)
Payment details are managed through Google Play.
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).
Select Payments & Subscriptions.
Tap Payment Methods.
Update or add your new payment method.
If You Subscribed via the Website
If you purchased directly through the Insight Timer website:
Log in to your account on the website.
Click your Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Select My Subscription.
Click Update Card.
Enter your new payment details under Payment Information.
Click Update Default Payment Card to save your changes.
Your updated payment method will be used for future renewals.
