If you’re not receiving your Daily Reminder on Insight Timer, please check both your in-app reminder settings and your device notification settings.
Step 1: Check Reminder Settings in the App
Open the Insight Timer app.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Tap Settings.
Select Encouragement & Notifications.
Tap Daily Reminders.
Make sure your reminder is toggled on and the correct time is selected.
If needed, turn off Smart Scheduling to manually choose a specific reminder time.
Step 2: Enable Notifications on Your Device
For iPhone or iPad (iOS 17+):
Open Settings.
Tap Notifications.
Select Insight Timer.
Turn on Allow Notifications.
Ensure Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are selected.
For Android (Android 13+):
Open Settings.
Tap Notifications.
Tap App notifications.
Select Insight Timer.
Make sure all notification categories are turned on.
Important: The Daily Reminder will not be sent if the Insight Timer app is open at the scheduled reminder time.
