During a Live Event:
- Tap the three dots located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select the "Report this event" option.
- On the following screen, choose "Too Promotional".
In a Group:
- Tap the three dots next to the post you wish to report.
- Choose the "Report this post" option.
- On the subsequent screen, select "Promotional".

- Open the Insight Timer app on your device.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down and select "Help".
- Complete the form, including any available screenshots for reference.
