If you suspect a community member is violating our guidelines—whether by spamming, posting inappropriate comments, or otherwise acting in bad faith—you can easily report them during live events.
How to Report a User
- Click the user's profile photo. A pop-up window will open showing their profile information.
- Tap the small flag icon located in the upper left corner of that pop-up window.
Our Review Process
Once you submit a report, our Trust & Safety team will review it. Community members found to be in violation of our community guidelines may face consequences ranging from a temporary ban from posting or removal from a live event, to a permanent ban from Insight Timer in serious cases.
