Can Teachers use Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Their Insight Timer Offerings?

We support limited, transparent use of AI that preserves genuine human creation. Please follow the rules below.

Scripts

  • You may use AI tools for brainstorming, outlining, scripting, and editing. The final narration must be recorded by a real human voice.

Audio — With Voice

  • The primary voice must be a real, human voice. No AI-generated narration, voice cloning, text-to-speech, or voice conversion for the lead or supporting narration.

  • Accessibility exception: If the teacher or narrator has a speech disability, an AI-generated voice may be used as a reasonable accommodation to render the teacher’s own, human-written script. This use must be disclosed in the track description and must not impersonate or mislead listeners.

  • AI audio as sound effects only: Non-narrative background elements (e.g., a crowd murmur) are permitted. These must not function as narration, deliver guidance/lyrics, or be mistaken for an additional speaking voice.

  • Background music: AI-generated music may be used only as background under a human voice track.

Audio — Music Only (No Voice)

  • Must be genuine, non-AI music. AI-generated music is not allowed for music-only tracks.

Images

  • AI-generated images are acceptable if they meet our Image Requirements and do not contain significant distortions (e.g., faces, limbs).

Helpful tools

  • You may use AI tools to enhance content quality (e.g., noise reduction in audio tracks).

Our team reviews all content before publication. Content that violates the rules above will be rejected. We are mindful of the rapid progress in AI and may update this policy as capabilities and implications evolve.
