If you need to edit or cancel a live event you booked, here's a video tutorial for how to do so:
Reminders:
- You can only edit the title and description of your live event after you submit it.
- If you need to reschedule, you will need to cancel the original live event before booking and submitting a new one.
- If, for any reason, you are unable to host your live event, please ensure you cancel it from your teacher dashboard at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Attendees will receive an in-app notification that the live event has been canceled.
Important: Accumulating three instances of no-shows within six months will result in a three-month ban from hosting live events.
Infringement or non-compliance with any of the aforementioned rules may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from hosting Live Events in the future, and/or from using and uploading content on the platform.
