Why Does My Downloaded Track Display as Failed?

If your downloaded track displays as failed, the file may be corrupted. Follow these steps to fix the issue:


  1. Select the affected track.
  2. Click the three dots (...) next to the bookmark icon.
  3. Turn off "Downloaded" and select "Remove".
  4. Re-enable "Download" and wait for completion. 


Important: Remain on the screen until the download reaches 100% and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
