Why Does My Downloaded Track Display as Failed?

If a downloaded track shows as Failed, the file may not have downloaded properly. You can fix this by re-downloading the track:


  1. Open the affected track.

  2. Tap the three dots (⋯) beside the bookmark icon.

  3. Turn off Downloaded and tap Remove.

  4. Tap Download again and wait for it to complete.


Important: Stay on the screen until the download reaches 100%, and make sure you have a stable internet connection during the process.
