When creating your retreat, you can choose from flexible payment options that work for your needs and your guests' preferences. Here's how our deposit and balance systems work:
Payment Schedule Options
0-Day Payment
The balance is payable upon arrival and is fully refundable until the arrival day.
14-Day Payment
The balance is due 14 days before the retreat begins. If paid in advance, participants may cancel and receive a full refund of the balance up to 14 days before the retreat's start date.
30-Day Payment
The balance must be settled 30 days before the retreat. Advance payments allow cancellation with a full refund up to 30 days before the retreat commences.
60-Day Payment
The balance is due 60 days before the retreat. If you pay in advance, participants can cancel and receive a refund up to 60 days before the retreat starts.
90-Day Payment
The balance is required 90 days before the retreat starts. If paid in advance, participants are entitled to a full refund if they cancel at least 90 days before the retreat's start date.
120-Day Payment
The balance should be paid 120 days before the retreat. Advance payments can be fully refunded if cancellation occurs 120 days or more before the retreat date.
150-Day Payment
The balance is due 150 days before the retreat's start date. If paid in advance, participants can cancel and receive a full refund of the balance up to 150 days prior to the retreat.
240-Day Payment
The balance is due 240 days before the retreat's start date. If paid in advance, participants can cancel and receive a full refund of the balance up to 240 days prior to the retreat.
365-Day Payment
The balance is due 365 days before the retreat's start date. If paid in advance, participants can cancel and receive a full refund of the balance up to 365 days prior to the retreat.
Additional Refund Terms
For all the options above, you can toggle on or off the Additional Refund Terms option if you'd like to offer refunds or credits when participants cancel after the balance is due.
