How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

You may cancel your MemberPlus subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Please follow the steps below based on where you purchased your subscription:

If You Subscribed via Apple (iOS)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).

3. Select Subscriptions.

4. Tap Insight Timer.

5. Select Cancel Subscription.

6. Confirm your cancellation.

If You Subscribed via Google Play (Android)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select Payments & Subscriptions.

4. Tap Subscriptions.

5. Select Insight Timer.

6. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

If You Subscribed via the Website

If you purchase via our website, the payment will be made directly on our site. You can manage your subscription here.

Gifted Subscriptions

Gifted subscriptions will automatically expire at the end of the gifted period. They cannot be canceled manually.
