Groups are managed collaboratively by Administrators and Moderators. The Group creator automatically becomes an Administrator and oversees the overall management of the Group. Moderators help supervise activities and maintain a positive environment.
To assign Administrator or Moderator permissions:
Tap the menu icon (☰).
Tap Groups.
Open the Group you manage.
Tap the member thumbnails below the Group name.
Select the member’s profile photo.
Choose Make Moderator or Make Admin.
Please note that only Administrators can assign new Administrators or Moderators.
