Sleep Timer is a feature in the Insight Timer app that automatically locks your device when your selected track finishes playing or at a time you choose.
When Sleep Timer is enabled:
Your track will stop playing at the end of the session (or at your selected time).
The Add Extra Time option will not appear.
Your screen will lock automatically.
This helps conserve battery and prevents your device from staying on after your session ends.
