Challenges on Insight Timer help you build a consistent meditation and mindfulness practice by setting guided goals you can complete over time. They're a great way to develop a habit and stay motivated on your emotional wellness journey. You can access challenges from two different places in the app, depending on where you are or what's most convenient for you.
Option 1: Access Via the Library Tab
The Library tab is perfect for exploring and discovering new challenges alongside other meditation and mindfulness content.
- Tap the Library tab (magnifying glass icon) at the bottom of your screen.
- Select the Challenges tile from the available options.

Option 2: Access Via the Saved Tab
If you've bookmarked challenges for easy access, you can find them in your Saved tab.
- Go to the Home tab.
- Tap the Saved tile icon at the top of the screen.
- Tap Challenges from the list of options.

Customize Your Saved Tab Shortcuts
The lists in your Saved tab are fully customizable, so you can organize your shortcuts to match how you use the app. You can tap Edit in the top-right corner to add, remove, or reorder items, making it easy to find the content and features you use most often. This way, when you open Insight Timer, your favorite challenges and other practices are right there waiting for you.
