Why Can’t I Access My MemberPlus Subscription After Subscribing?

If you’re unable to access MemberPlus features, first make sure you are logged in to the correct account.


If you’re signed in correctly and still experiencing issues, please try restoring your purchase:


  1. Open the Insight Timer app.

  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Tap Subscription & Donations.

  5. Select Restore Purchases.


If the issue continues, please contact our Customer Support Team and include the following:


• The email address you use to log in

• A copy of your subscription purchase receipt


Our team will review your account and assist you as soon as possible.
