How Do I Find And Connect With Friends On Insight Timer?

Connecting with friends on Insight Timer is simple. There are two ways to search for friends:

VIA THE SEARCH TOOL

1. Open the Insight Timer app.

2. Tap the Library tab (magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the screen).

3. Tap the Search icon in the top-right corner.

4. Type your friend’s name in the search bar.

5. Tap the People tab to see matching profiles.

6. Select your friend’s profile from the results.

If you are not yet connected, tap Add Friend.

If you are already friends and their messaging is set to “Anyone,” you’ll see the option to send them a message.

VIA YOUR PROFILE

1. Open the Insight Timer app.

2. Tap the three lines (☰) in the top-left corner.

3. Tap Notifications to view incoming friend requests.

4. Tap See All to view all pending friend requests.

From there, you can accept or manage your friend requests.
