Help, I can't Login.

A login issue is usually caused by providing the wrong email address or password. 


Via the app. 

  1. Select 'I already have an account?' on the opening screen of the app.

  2. Tap 'Forgot password'.


Via the website.


If you can't remember your login email address, please get in touch with us here and provide us with the following details:

  • Your Profile display name

  • Description of your Profile photo

  • Location as set on your Profile
