We don't allow review deletion because it could undermine the rating system and make it harder for the community to trust the feedback on content. The integrity of reviews is important to maintaining credibility across our health platform. However, if you spot a review that violates our Community Guidelines, we've made it easy to report it.
How to report a review
First, log into the Teacher Dashboard with your teacher account. If you don't have one yet, here's how to set up an Insight Timer teacher profile.
Next, navigate to Reviews in the left pane of the Teacher Dashboard. You'll see several options here:
- View all of your reviews at a glance
- Filter for reviews that are awaiting your reply
- See replies you've already made
- Filter reviews by specific track using the dropdown on the top right
When you find the review you'd like to report, click the flag icon next to it. The reviewer won't be notified that you've reported them. Our team reviews flagged content right away and takes action according to our community guidelines and other relevant policies.
