To create interval bells, follow these steps. Interval bells help anchor your awareness during meditation by ringing a bell at set points throughout your session. This keeps you grounded and helps you maintain focus.
Steps to create interval bells
- Tap the Timer tab (the middle icon at the bottom of the screen).
- Tap Interval Bells.
- Tap + Add Bell and choose the bell type.
- Select 1, 2, or 3 bell strikes.
- Choose when the bell should sound — From Start or Before End.
After adding your interval bells, tap Save to apply your settings. Now when you start your meditation, you'll hear your bells at exactly the intervals you've set, helping you maintain mindfulness throughout your practice.
