Groups are a great way to connect with like-minded individuals and create deeper connections. Here's how to create a Group:

VIA THE WEBSITE

1. Click here to go to the Insight Timer website.
2. In the left-hand panel is a black plus icon; tapping this launches the Group creation flow.

VIA THE APP

1. Open the Insight Timer app on your device.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
3. Scroll down and select "Groups".
4. Click on the + icon in the top right corner
