Create a Group on Insight Timer
Groups are a great way to connect with like-minded community members and build a supportive space for shared practice. We make it easy to create one using either the website or the mobile app — choose whichever works best for you.
Via the Website
If you prefer creating your group on desktop:
- Go to insighttimer.com and log in to your account.
- In the left-hand panel, click the black plus (+) icon.
- Follow the prompts to complete the group creation process.
Via the App
Creating a group on mobile is just as straightforward:
- Open the Insight Timer app.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Tap Groups.
- Tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter your group details and follow the prompts to create it.
Customize and Invite
Once you've set up your group, you can customize your group settings and start inviting community members to join. You'll be able to personalize the experience to match your community's needs and interests.
