How Can I Ban a User as a Group Admin?

If you manage a group on Insight Timer, you can remove members who violate community guidelines or aren't a good fit.


Remove a User from Your Group

  1. Open the Insight Timer app.
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
  3. Scroll down and select Groups.
  4. Choose your group and access the Members list.
  5. Locate the user you want to remove.
  6. Tap Remove from Group to ban the user.


Once removed, they'll no longer see your group's posts or be able to participate.
