When you start the 7-day free trial on the Insight Timer app, it begins with the annual plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual subscription will automatically renew.
You can cancel or change your plan anytime through your iPhone settings.
To Cancel Before the Trial Ends
Open your iPhone Settings.
Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
Select Subscriptions.
Tap Insight Timer.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Confirm your cancellation.
Your free trial will remain active until the end of the 7-day period, and you will not be charged if you cancel before it expires.
To Switch Plans After the Trial
If you prefer a monthly plan instead of annual:
Wait for the free trial to end after canceling.
Go back to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Select Insight Timer under expired subscriptions.
Tap See All Plans.
Choose the Monthly Plan and confirm.
