How Do I Manage Group Notifications?

To control your Group notifications, follow these steps:

1. Open the Insight Timer app.

2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Select Encouragement & Notifications.

5. Tap Groups under Notifications.

From there, you can adjust your Group notification preferences based on what alerts you’d like to receive.
