How to enable or disable the "Thanks for meditating" feature
The "Thanks for meditating" feature lets you connect with other community members you've meditated with. You can easily turn on or off the thank you messages, or disable the feature entirely. Here's how:
- Log in to the app.
- Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings at the bottom of the screen.
- Go to Features & Preferences.
- Under Features, click Thanks for Meditating.
- Toggle Disable thanks messages on or off.
Your options explained
When you disable thank you messages, you'll stop sending and receiving them, but you'll still see who you've meditated with. To completely disable the feature, select Disable the entire feature. This means you won't see who you've meditated with, and others won't see you on their "Thanks for meditating" screen after meditation sessions.
Choose whichever option feels right for your practice.
