I downloaded a track, but it displays as failed.

This maybe because the downloaded file is corrupted. To re-download the file:

  • Select the track
  • Tap the cloud icon/offline button to remove it
  • Select Remove in the pop-up window.
  • Then, tap the cloud icon/download button again. Please stay on the screen until the track has 100% finished downloading. Please also make sure you are connected to the internet while downloading.
